John den Ouden

John den Ouden was born in a West Island suburb of Montreal, Quebec. After completing university with a Bachelor of Computer Science degree, John ventured to Toronto to begin his computer programming work experience with Canada’s largest financial institution. His experience covered varied areas of the banking business including Automated Payroll and International Trading Systems. After 5 years it was on to a career in real estate. For the last 18+ years, John has been a Top Producing full-time real estate associate with RE/MAX Hallmark Realty Ltd., the #1 RE/MAX franchise in Toronto - for 20 YEARS.

John's wife, Stephanie Eden, was born in the pretty little town of Port Perry, Ontario. She has extensive background in the cosmetics industry as well as interior design. Stephanie provides home preparation consultations to our clients which has become an integral part of our succes.

While not providing top notch service to all their real estate clients, John and Stephanie are busy raising their three young children, Kathryn, Kristen and Kyle. The experience of raising a family gives John and Stephanie a great feel for what their clients might be going through when buying or selling a home and they are sensitive to their clients needs.
