This just in from our overworked Councilors at City Hall. If you are buying or selling a property with Front Yard parking in the City of Toronto, you might want to know this. It's kind of important.
"Licensed locations"
Before you buy a property you may wish
ensure that any existing front yard parking facility
is properly licensed. Note that the license does not follow the property, but that a new property owner will need to have the license agreement transferred.
If you don't, YOU LOSE IT! Then try and get it back. Aha.
